Cancellation & Postponement Policy

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, subject to payment gateway or administrative charges.
• No refunds for cancellations within 15 days, no-shows, early check-outs, or unused nights.

Postponement (Special Cases Only)

• Bookings may be postponed instead of cancelled due to:
  • Medical emergencies or serious injuries (proof required)
  • Natural calamities such as heavy rains, floods, cyclones
  • Government travel restrictions or other Acts of God

Postponement Terms

• Stay can be rescheduled within 3 months from the original check-in date.
• Subject to availability; fare differences apply for peak dates or weekends.
• Requests should be made at least 15 days prior to check-in, except in emergencies.

Important Notes

• Personal plan changes or normal weather conditions are not eligible.

• Management’s decision will be final.
